Selling a home ranks among life's most stressful experiences.

In 2009 we had two homes to sell.  We quickly learned:

The home must be Q-tip clean for the Realtor walk through and all subsequent showings

The home must create the most inviting, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere possible for prospective buyers

Buying and selling a home is highly emotional for both parties

We also discovered we were unable to rent quality furniture and accent pieces. 

Our furnishings had too much "personality" or were worn. 

We reluctantly purchased furniture and accessories we needed to stage the house to sell it quickly.

We were very lucky.

One home sold with the furniture.
