Are we home stagers?
No, Home Stagers Supply is a service to help home stagers not compete with them.
What condition will the furniture and accessories be?
All furniture and accessories will be in showroom condition.
Are monthly rental rates negotiable?
Typically, no, however if you have a special circumstance please call us to discuss.
What if the home sells before the 90 day rental term expires?
The homeowner is still responsible for the initial 90 day rental term. The only exception would be if we could use the furniture at another staging assignment. The original homeowner contract would be prorated. A new contract would originate with the subsequent homeowner.
Can furniture be purchased?
Yes, furniture can be purchased. The rent paid will be deducted from the original price of the furniture or item.
Will you coordinate delivery and removal of the staged items?
Yes, we will deliver and remove all staged items.
What if I need something and it’s not in your current inventory?
Home Stagers Supply will buy whatever you require. We encourage Stagers to use our concierge service to build their own inventory.
What is the minimum rental term?
The minimum rental term is three months.
Is there a maximum rental term?
No, there is no maximum rental term. The furniture will be available for as long as the client requires.
Do my clients have to sign anything?
Yes, there is a contract that is required with a 1 month deposit. All billing will be to a major credit card at the beginning of each month.
Where do you get your furniture and furnishings?
We buy directly from various suppliers. We negotiate the best deals possible to keep rental rates low to encourage the use of stagers. We believe in staging and want to help encourage the use of stagers in as many home sales as possible.
Can I visit your warehouse?
We are currently stocking our warehouse. Stagers can make personal selections from the warehouse by appointment only.
Can I subcontract with you so I can set my own pricing and terms?
Yes, you can become the customer of home stagers supply rather than the homeowner. You assume the risk and are bound by the same contract terms as the homeowner contract.
